I am a Content Writer and Communications Specialist with more than 10 years of experience. I have spent half of my career in Comms and the other half in Content. My most recent role was contracting for AbbVie as a Communications Specialist in the Technology Adoption group.

Since 2014, I have written thousands of articles on health care, psychology, travel tips, weird historical moments, celebrity gossip, mental health and wellness, and even something about rocks moving on their own in the desert (spoiler alert: the wind was pushing them, not aliens.) I am a research nerd, so I love, love, love diving into a topic and churning out a thoughtful piece.

Outside of work, you can find me:

• Reading horror, sci-fi, and, surprisingly, anything that combines horror/sci-fi

• Playing cozy video games, especially Stardew Valley
